By using LedgerSnap ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

LedgerSnap is an expense tracking application that provides manual expense entry, AI receipt scanning, voice entry, budget management, and financial reporting features.

2. Account

You must sign in with an Apple account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan

• Unlimited manual expense entry
• Dashboard and spending reports
• Budget management
• Recurring expense management
• Cloud sync
• Shared books (up to 2 members)

Pro Plan (Subscription)

• Everything in Free
• AI receipt scanning (10 scans/day)
• Voice entry
• AI budget suggestions (3 times/day)
• AI financial advisor (20 chats/day)
• Batch receipt scanning
• Shared books (up to 6 members)

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID
• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

5. AI Services

AI features are provided through third-party services and may not always be 100% accurate. AI-generated budget suggestions and financial advice are for reference only and should not be considered professional financial advice. We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on AI suggestions.

6. Daily Usage Limits

Pro subscribers have daily usage limits on AI features to ensure service quality:

• Receipt scanning: 10 times per day
• AI chat: 20 messages per day
• Budget suggestions: 3 times per day

Limits reset daily at midnight UTC.

7. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the expense data you enter
• You must not use the App for any illegal purpose
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or abuse the App or its services
• You must not share your account with others

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any loss of data or financial loss arising from the use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from within the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
